Refund policy
At Eligator Nutrition, we are committed to providing high-quality products. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order, as it outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
💸 Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of health and dietary supplements, refunds are provided only in genuine cases and under strict conditions.
A refund may be considered only if:
- The product received is damaged
- The product received is defective
- The product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered)
Refunds are not applicable for products that are opened, used, or tampered with.
📹 Mandatory Proof for Refund
Refunds will be issued only if valid proof is provided.
To be eligible for a refund, the customer must provide:
A clear and continuous unboxing video recorded while opening the parcel
The video must clearly show:
- The sealed outer package
- The shipping label
- The product received inside the parcel
❗ Refund requests without an unboxing video or sufficient proof will be rejected.
⏰ Refund Request Timeline
- Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted
🚚 No Refund After Dispatch
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
- No refund will be issued after dispatch, except in cases where:
- A damaged, defective, or incorrect product is received, and
- Valid proof (unboxing video/images) is provided as per this policy
🚫 Non-Refundable Delivery Failures
Refunds will not be issued for orders returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
- Unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery
- Refusal to accept the parcel
- Failure to collect the shipment from the courier within the stipulated time
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details and ensure timely receipt or collection of the shipment.
❌ Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers
- Shipping or handling charges
- Orders refused or undelivered due to customer-related reasons
🔁 Refund Processing
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, customers will be notified
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for cash refunds
⚠️ Final Decision Rights
Eligator Nutrition reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request after verification. Any misuse or false claim may lead to rejection of the refund request.
